Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or engaging Star Records Studio for a project or programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any written proposal, invoice, admission confirmation or project agreement that applies to the specific engagement. If a signed or written agreement conflicts with this website, the specific written agreement will prevail.

Services and Quotations

Information on this website is a general overview. Final scope, deliverables, schedule, revisions, responsibilities and pricing are confirmed in writing after requirements are reviewed. Quotations may be valid for a limited period and may change if the scope, timeline or third-party costs change.

Payments and Project Start

Payment milestones are stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or admission confirmation. For currently listed academy programmes, the standard schedule is 50% advance to secure admission and 50% after course completion. Direct UPI or bank-transfer proof is not treated as verified merely because a screenshot or UTR is submitted; the transaction must be matched in the receiving account. Work, course access or seat reservation may begin only after the required payment is verified. Delayed payments may pause access, delivery, certification or support. Taxes and third-party expenses are charged where applicable.

Client and Student Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely approvals, required content and authorised materials.
• Ensure that supplied logos, music, images, scripts, data and other materials may lawfully be used.
• Review proofs, links and deliverables within the agreed period.
• Maintain respectful conduct and comply with studio, classroom and platform rules.
• Keep account credentials and shared files secure.

Scope Changes, Revisions and Delays

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional fee or timeline. Included revision rounds, if any, are stated in the project proposal. Delays caused by missing content, approvals, payments, access or third-party services may extend the delivery schedule.

Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Star Records Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, code components, workflows, concepts and internal materials. Rights in final custom deliverables transfer only as stated in the applicable agreement and normally after full payment.

Clients remain responsible for rights in materials they supply. Star Records Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies and award submissions unless a written confidentiality or non-display agreement applies.

Third-Party Services and Links

Projects may depend on hosting companies, domain registrars, social platforms, payment providers, AI tools, software licences or other third parties. Their availability, policies, fees and performance are outside our direct control. External links are provided for convenience and do not create responsibility for third-party content.

No Guaranteed Business Outcome

We provide professional creative, digital and training services, but do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, views, monetisation, employment, casting, admissions, approvals or other commercial outcomes. Results depend on many factors including the client’s implementation, market conditions, platform policies and audience response.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Star Records Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data or third-party platform decisions. Any direct liability connected with a paid service will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for the specific affected service, except where such limitation is not legally permitted.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or end access to a service, project or course for non-payment, unlawful use, abusive conduct, repeated policy violation, security risk or material breach. Outstanding fees and rights accrued before termination remain unaffected.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or agreed dispute process, courts with jurisdiction in Hoshiarpur, Punjab will have jurisdiction.
