This policy applies to Star Records Academy programmes unless a written admission confirmation states different or additional terms.
Application and Admission
Submitting an application is free and does not guarantee admission or reserve a seat. Admission is confirmed only after the academy reviews the application, confirms batch availability and issues a written admission confirmation or fee instruction.
Eligibility and Honest Information
Applicants must provide accurate contact, age, education and experience information. Some programmes may have basic equipment, software, language or age requirements. A parent or legal guardian must approve the enrolment and payment arrangements for a minor.
Fees, Instalments and Seat Confirmation
For the programmes currently listed on this website, the standard payment schedule is 50% of the total course fee as an admission advance and the remaining 50% after successful course completion. The completion balance must be cleared before the final certificate and any pending completion deliverables are released. Website prices may change for future batches, but the fee shown in the applicant’s written admission confirmation controls. A seat is reserved only after the advance payment is received, verified and acknowledged.
Batch Schedule and Delivery Format
Courses may be offered at the studio, live online or in a blended format. Dates, class frequency and timings are confirmed before the batch begins. The academy may adjust instructors, class sequence, venue or timing for operational reasons while preserving the core learning outcome.
Attendance and Learning Progress
Regular attendance, assignments and respectful participation are expected. Students are responsible for practising between sessions and maintaining access to required tools. Missed classes are not automatically repeated; reasonable support or a batch transfer may be considered depending on availability and circumstances.
Professional Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, unauthorised recording, piracy, disruption, unsafe conduct or misuse of studio equipment may result in removal from a class or programme. The academy may take proportionate action to protect students, instructors, staff and property.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
Lessons, templates, recordings, exercises, prompts and academy resources are for the enrolled student’s personal learning use. They may not be copied, resold, uploaded publicly, shared with non-enrolled persons or used to create competing course material without written permission.
Software, Accounts and Equipment
Unless explicitly included, students are responsible for their own laptop, internet access, software subscriptions, AI credits, storage and third-party accounts. Tool availability and pricing may change independently of Star Records Academy.
Projects and Certificate
A certificate of completion is issued only when the student meets the stated attendance, assignment and final-project requirements and clears outstanding fees. A certificate confirms course completion; it is not an academic degree, government qualification, job guarantee or professional licence.
Student Work and Media Permission
Students retain rights in original work they create, subject to rights in third-party assets and academy materials. Any use of a student’s image, testimonial or project for public promotion should be based on separate permission, which may be withdrawn for future use by contacting the academy.
Career Guidance and Outcomes
Mentoring may include portfolio feedback, freelancing guidance, audition preparation or creator-business education. The academy does not guarantee employment, paid projects, casting, YouTube monetisation, followers, revenue or platform approval.

This policy is a business-ready general draft. Laws and business practices may change, so Star Records Studio may update it and should obtain independent legal review where required.
